We prepare companies for audits and certifications according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This process starts with the setup and verification of the quality management documentation, with performing internal audits and also with the training and the sensitization of employees and managers.
We develop role and competency profiles as well as qualification opportunities for new and existing roles in companies. This includes the setup and support of trainings, new training concepts and internal experts for efficient transfer of knowledge.
Not only do we describe processes, we also integrate them in companies. For this purpose, we organize and hold marketplace events for employees and managers to present and discuss knowledge on specialized topics and to foster dialogue for optimal cooperation.
